For us at Alfalfa Studio, working with a brand like this is always an exciting challenge. In each edition of HIP, we design its space, and this time the objective was clear: to give prominence to Paella Experience, a concept designed to streamline, standardize, and elevate the preparation of one of the most iconic dishes in our cuisine.
The idea? To create a space that conveyed the real use of the product in a professional environment. An open, bright, and highly recognizable setting, where the brand’s yellow color acted as a visual hook and meeting point within the trade show. A stand that naturally invited people in, where everything revolved around cooking and tasting.
The result was a space that not only stood out visually but also functioned as a true demonstration tool. With live cooking at its core, seamlessly integrated product areas, and meeting spaces that encouraged conversation, the stand successfully translated Gallina Blanca’s proposal into a clear, direct, and tangible experience.
