At Alfalfa Studio, we work with Harding Retail to implement promotional activations on board. In this case, for Thisworks, a British brand of natural cosmetics and wellness, recognised for its scientific approach, proven efficacy, and commitment to realistic, functional self-care.
Thisworks brings its essence on board the Marella Explorer II with a carefully designed promotional space — an activation developed by Alfalfa Studio — that reflects the brand’s core values: naturalness, authenticity, and wellbeing. The space stands out with clean, minimalist visuals, dominated by white tones that evoke purity, freshness, and trust. The featured imagery highlights real people, chosen to reflect the diversity and authenticity of the brand’s audience. This honest and relatable communication style moves away from traditional beauty stereotypes to foster an immediate emotional connection.
In this activation, the focus is on body care, with the firming neck serum and revitalising leg serum as standout products. These treatments are ideal for fighting fatigue and improving skin appearance while travelling, offering both visible results and a sensory application experience that aligns with the needs of today’s traveller.
Through this presence at sea — thoughtfully executed by Alfalfa Studio — Thisworks not only enhances its visibility in the maritime travel retail channel but also reinforces its position as a trusted partner in everyday wellbeing — even far from home.
