Salón Gourmets 2024
For Lanterna, a brand belonging to the Vandemoortele group, we carried out the booth design, as well as the construction and installation, for its first participation in a trade fair in Spain. The project was presented at Salón Gourmets 2024 at IFEMA, one of the most important international events in the food industry.
Lanterna offers pizzas and focaccias with an authentic Italian flavour, made with high-quality ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil. Because of this, the starting point of the booth design was to reflect the brand’s artisanal character and its strong Mediterranean identity. Moreover, our intention was to translate this essence into a space that felt both genuine and visually appealing.
From the beginning, the main goal was to attract visitors to the tasting area and, at the same time, communicate the Italian spirit that defines the brand. To achieve this, we worked with a warm, approachable, and inviting aesthetic inspired by traditional Italian gastronomy. In addition, we paid close attention to every visual detail to strengthen Lanterna’s identity in a highly competitive environment.
We also organised the booth layout to improve visitor flow and integrate clearly defined functional zones. The space included a dedicated product display area, a preparation section, and a tasting counter. Thanks to this carefully planned distribution, visitors could comfortably discover the products and better understand the brand’s proposal.
As a result, Lanterna’s presence at Salón Gourmets 2024 was highly positive. Therefore, the booth design allowed the brand to attract numerous industry professionals and significantly reinforced its visibility in the Spanish market. Moreover, the experience helped Lanterna connect with new audiences and strengthen its position within the premium food sector.
