Ybarra has been part of Spanish tables for over 180 years. It started in the olive oil world, but didn’t stop there. Over time, it has evolved into a go-to brand for mayonnaise, sauces, vinegars and olives, always keeping up with how we eat and enjoy food today.

For us at Alfalfa Studio, working with a brand like this is a real pleasure. Every year we design their stand for HIP, and for this edition we had a clear goal: put the spotlight on their new range of sauces, created for more experiential, no-rules kind of enjoyment. More moments, more cravings, more fun.

The idea? Bring a true American diner to life. The kind with neon lights, retro signage and a classic checkered floor. A space with attitude, instantly recognizable and full of personality. We went for an open layout, with bars and stools that naturally invited people in. To stop, to taste, to enjoy.

The result was a stand that didn’t just stand out on the show floor, but also captured what Ybarra is today: a brand with heritage, yes, but also one that’s playful and ready to surprise. A space designed to draw attention, create an experience and turn every visit into something worth remembering.
