Ybarra is a brand with over 180 years of history in Spain. It began by producing olive oil and, over time, expanded its product range to include mayonnaise, sauces, vinegars, and olives, among others.

At Alfalfa Studio, it is a true pleasure and an honor to collaborate with such a well-established brand. We’ve been working together for some time now on the design of their stand for HIP, and this year was no exception. To launch their new sauces, created to pair with burgers or nachos, they asked us to design a space inspired by a classic American diner.

The result was a carefully styled stand, evoking the atmosphere of these iconic restaurants—with high tables, stools, and a setting that invited visitors to taste the new sauces. All of this was done while staying true to the brand’s visual identity and values. Once again, the stand and the product were a real success, living up to the high quality that Ybarra delivers in every one of its launches.
