SIS Development for González Byass – Jerez Airport

Founded in Jerez in 1835, González Byass is one of Spain’s most renowned family-owned wineries, with a long-standing tradition in producing high-quality wines and spirits. Its most iconic brand, Tío Pepe, is an international symbol of Sherry wine, and its portfolio also includes prestigious names such as Beronia, Soberano, Lepanto, and Nomad. With a global presence and a strong commitment to innovation while staying true to its roots, González Byass remains a benchmark in the Spanish wine industry.

In collaboration with the Travel Retail department, we developed the permanent space for the Avolta store at Jerez Airport.

The project blends functional design with an aesthetic inspired by the world of wineries, in harmony with its surrounding environment. This approach strengthens the brand’s identity and enhances the traveler’s experience. Strategically located within the store, the SIS features premium materials and distinctive visual elements to highlight iconic labels such as Tío Pepe, Beronia, Soberano, Lepanto, and Nomad.

We managed the entire process—from conceptual design and technical development to custom manufacturing and on-site installation. The space is also complemented by promotional elements that reinforce González Byass’ positioning as one of the great families in Spanish wine and spirits.

Our goal in the Travel Retail channel is to create solutions that turn each retail space into a true brand experience.
